YOUR PLAN FOR A CALM THANKSGIVING WEEKEND



MAKE YOUR BUCKETS

This week I want you to segment your customers into 2-3 “buckets” based on their preferences. This allows you to send specific, personalized content to them but still work to scale.






FIRST BUCKET

First Bucket: “Big Saver Sophia” is always looking to score the best deals. She wants a discount, money back, and stocks up when the timing is right.




SECOND BUCKET

“Oils for LYFE Lisa” is obsessed with her diffuser, is a consistent buyer, and is super excited when new oils come out or YL-exclusive products are available.





THIRD BUCKET

“On the Fence Phylicia” is a watcher. She’s intrigued, but purchases seldomly. Maybe she’s overwhelmed, maybe she’s budget-conscious. We have to pay special attention to Phylicia.

NEXT STEPS

Print out a VO report of your customers, grab three highlighters, and start color-coding your customers into your buckets.

Now figure out how you’re going to contact them! Text? DM? 

Pre-write the outline of the message you’ll send, and then once we get sale details - you can finish it up!

It will feel so good to be prepared and ready for Black Friday.
